In partnership with LA Law Library, attorneys from Public Counsel will be on site at our Main Branch to offer a Federal Pro Se Clinic Presentation.
In this presentation, attorneys will cover:
- The process of getting to federal court
- Distinctions between state and federal court
- Which cases do and do not qualify for federal court
- How to decide which is best for your individual circumstances
- How to represent yourself in federal court
After the presentation, attorneys will be available to answer procedural questions from individuals about their cases, time permitting.
No preregistration is required. Walk in only, first come first served.
