Thursday, November 2, 2023: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

---CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM WEBINAR. ZOOM INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED TO REGISTRANTS PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME ---

Join a live question and answer session about current issues facing property owners and those considering purchasing or selling real estate. Whether you’re a homeowner facing foreclosure, a real estate investor trying to protect your investment, a condominium owner in a dispute with your homeowners’ association, or anyone else with a real estate-related legal issue, this session can help get you the vital information you need.

Ask your questions about:

  • Real estate contracts, and purchasing and selling real estate
  • Foreclosures, short sales, and refinancing
  • Homeowners’ associations
  • Mortgage lending and property insurance
  • Disputes with neighboring landowners or homeowners (neighbor disputes)

Although you can listen to the class from various kinds of devices, you will need video to view the speaker(s) and any presentation materials, and will need to connect through Zoom to be able to participate in the written Q&A or chat features.

Presented in partnership with the L.A. Incubator Consortium
