KPCC: "Undocumented Immigrant Seeking to Practice Law Awaits California Supreme Court Ruling"

On Thursday, January 18, 2013, Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Barristers, Legal AID Foundation of Los Angeles and Mexican American Bar Association held an MCLE panel discussion at the LA Law Library on the Sergio Garcia immigration case currently pending before the California Supreme Court.

This case will determine whether undocumented immigrants can be admitted to the State Bar of California.
