IN-PERSON: Eviction Defense: Help Answering Unlawful Detainer Complaints

This clinic provides assistance to people with disabilities with answering an unlawful detainer (eviction) complaint and requesting a fee waiver.

Income and geographic restrictions apply.  Must be a resident of Los Angeles County. Eligibility determined using 75% of the low-income limits for LA County set by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
