MCLE: Domestic Violence Restraining Order Training

Friday, October 25, 2019:  12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Learn the basics of assisting petitioners in Domestic Violence Restraining Order proceedings, with a focus on victim centered advocacy. Class will cover the temporary and permanent restraining order process and other protection orders.

Attorneys or law students interested in volunteering at clinics to assist victims of domestic violence are encouraged to attend the training.

Earn 1.0 hour general MCLE credit
