Join a live question and answer session via Zoom with a family law lawyer who has significant experience in handling various family law disputes. Get a better understanding of what factors the judge considers in creating and modifying orders for custody and visitation or learn about the divorce/spousal support/domestic violence restraining orders (DVRO) process. The attorney will also address how child support is calculated and how various guidelines are applied.

Ask your questions about:

Establishing child custody and visitation rights
Establishing spousal support
The difference between annulment, separation, and divorce
How to find the other party to serve them paperwork
How to request a DVRO/respond to a DVRO

Although you can listen to the class from various kinds of devices, you will need video to view the speaker(s) and any presentation materials, and will need to connect through Zoom to be able to participate in the written Q&A or chat features.
