Tuesday, December 4, 2018   6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

The LA Law Library book discussion group concludes its "year of Los Angeles" with a collection of mysteries and dark tales set in L.A. Join the discussion of Los Angeles Noir, and meet editor and author Denise Hamilton. The book is part of Akashic Books award-winning series of original noir anthologies. Local authors, including Michael Connelly, Janet Fitch, Susan Straight, Patt Morrison and editor Denise Hamilton, tackle stories of the hard-boiled and weird, exploring the neighborhoods, landmarks and cultures of Los Angeles. Each story is set in a particular enclave of L.A., lending a unique local character to each.
