In partnership with LA Law Library, attorneys from Public Counsel will be on site at our Main Branch to offer a Federal Pro Se Clinic Presentation.

In this presentation, attorneys will cover:

• The process of getting to federal court
• Distinctions between state and federal court
• Which cases do and do not qualify for federal court
• How to decide which is best for your individual circumstances
• How to represent yourself in federal court

After the presentation, attorneys will be available to answer procedural questions from individuals about their cases, time permitting.
