This virtual event, led by a panel of distinguished civil rights attorneys, will review and analyze the elements of Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment claims on behalf of prisoners, with a focus on a recent notable case involving the right to adequate inmate medical treatment, Aliitasi T. Alapati v. City and County of San Francisco.
