Explore innovative practices within the justice systems of tribal courts, including how tribal courts are implementing alternatives to incarceration and detention for tribal youth.

  • Tribal law is a source of remarkable legal innovation. Though it is the source of law for over 500 tribal nations within the United States, tribal law is a neglected source of law within discussions of legal, court, and justice innovations. This webinar will provide an overview of current innovations and reform in tribal law. Topics covered include: Alternatives to incarceration
