The Library has no designated free parking for its users. Users may use any one of the many commercial parking lots located near the Library on Broadway, First or Hill streets.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Parking is available at various parking lots surrounding the Courthouse. Parking fees range from $10 to $15 per day. There is limited metered street parking on Grand Avenue and Hill Street.
