It’s been said that “nobody understands the cloud,” yet it affects our daily lives – and the practice of law – in myriad ways. Fulfill your ethical duty to keep abreast of changes in law and technology, and learn about the fascinating ways in which the cloud is changing the world.

Class covers:

  • The basics of how cloud computing technology works
  • Online privacy (both corporate and personal)
  • Search engine and social networking privacy
  • The “internet of things”
  • How the law has responded to the advent of the cloud

Presented by:
Salar Atrizadeh, Esq., has an extensive background in technology and holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Database Management Systems. He regularly conducts seminars on topics at the intersection of law and technology before legal and non-legal organizations, including, the State Bar of California, State Bar of New Mexico, American Law Institute, NextSpace, Rotary International, Thomson Reuters, Institute of Internal Auditors, and various chambers of commerce.
