Discrimination is against the law. In California every employer with 5 or more employees is covered by the Fair Employment and Housing Act (for family and medical leave, 50 or more employees). Learn about your rights in the workplace from an experienced employment law lawyer.

Carol Gillam is nationally prominent trial lawyer specializing in worker rights litigation. Carol serves as a mediator and arbitrator as well. She worked at prominent law firms and was a federal prosecutor before founding The Gillam Law Firm in 1994. Her firm is based in Los Angeles.
