Presented by Michael J. Shipley:
Michael J. Shipley, a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, has a broad background representing companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation as well as white collar and regulatory matters. Michael represents clients in fraud, securities, and shareholder disputes, and he has experience in both federal and state courts, including pre-filing investigations, discovery, motions practice, trials, post-trial practice, and appeals. In 2015, Michael was selected to the Daily Journal's prestigious "Top 20 Under 40" list.
