Many successful businesses develop important assets that are “intangible”: trademarks identifying your products in the flow of commerce, copyrights over original expressions, or patents to protect scientific inventions. Learn how to protect such assets and ensure your company’s continued success.

Class covers:

    • Protecting an original invention through the patent process
    • What types of expressions are protected by copyright
    • How to develop and protect a valuable trademark

Presented by Stephen L. Kane with the support of Bixel Exchange

As a business owner and entrepreneur, he has confronted many of the same challenges encountered by startups, and provides practical legal advice from the perspective of a lawyer who “gets” business.
