Addressing a constantly evolving topic, this timely class will examine hot, new legal issues arising from the use of online social media. Attendees will learn how to advise clients to ensure best practices are followed, and that advertising, privacy, and corporate policies comply with federal and state laws. Concepts will be explained in plain English for the non-specialist and illustrated with real-life examples.

Presented by Don Dennis
Don Dennis’ practice is concentrated on sophisticated intellectual property and emerging social media issues. He received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, and graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Mr. Dennis is a member of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association and admitted to practice in California and Washington, D.C., and before the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
