MCLE: Legal Research Basics: Do You Know How to Use Intelliconnect?

As part of the LA Law Library’s MCLE lunch hour speaker series, this class will show you how to use IntelliConnect, an innovative research platform offered by the LA Law Library that provides you with a new and more efficient way to access world-class content from CCH and Aspen Publishers.

Class covers:

  • Learn how to access IntelliConnect.
  • • Identify content related to your clients and your practice.
  • Quickly access content related to issues such as: tax law and practice, bankruptcy, real estate, California corporate law, corporate governance, and state Blue Sky laws
  • Use navigating and record keeping options and timelines.

Presented by Jenna Ellis
Presenter Jenna Ellis began her career with Wolters Kluwer, the creator of Intelliconnect, in 2013. Prior to joining the Legal Training team, she was an attorney in Los Angeles and Orange Counties practicing in the areas of business and personal asset protection as well as trust and estate planning. She is a certified arbitrator and has heard numerous cases involving various business issues and foreign and domestic automotive defect disputes. Prior to her legal career, she worked for a Fortune 500 company handling national and international account sales. Jenna has a J.D. from Whittier College School of Law and a B.A. in political science from the University of Minnesota.

Earn 1 hour general MCLE credit.
