LIHTC-financed units provide a source of affordable housing for thousands of Californians. Learn what makes LIHTC housing unique, rights and protections that apply specifically to LIHTC tenants, how LIHTC interacts with HUD and other subsidies, and how to navigate the LIHTC application and recertification process.
