In general, lawyers are bound by important ethical obligations when using technology. This seminar will provide an essential overview of an attorney's duties of confidentiality and competence in our ever-changing technological world. Learn about timely topics like transmitting and storing confidential client information, and precautions that should be taken when using technology susceptible to unauthorized access (i.e., hacking).

Salar Atrizadeh, Esq., has an extensive background in technology and holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Database Management Systems. He regularly conducts seminars on topics at the intersection of law and technology before legal and non-legal organizations, including, the State Bar of California, State Bar of New Mexico, American Law Institute, NextSpace, Rotary International, Thomson Reuters, Institute of Internal Auditors, and various chambers of commerce.
