• Please bring:Permanent Resident Card & Social Security Card
• CA State ID / Driver's License
• Birth certificate
• Marriage and Divorce certificates
• Passport(s) that you have used to travel out of the US in the last 5 years and travel dates
• Final certified court disposition for all arrests or charges
• Application fee or waiver: $725 money order or check payable to US Dept of Homeland Security. Are you low-income or do you receive a public benefit? You may qualify for a fee waiver!
