General overview of the LEXIS database and searching techniques. Hands on citation searching, Shepardizing, table of contents searching, printing, downloading and using E-mail functionality.
Registration Fee: $20.00 (Class is limited to 12 Registrants)
You will learn how to:
- Find documents
- Select databases
- Formulate searches using Terms and Connectors as well as Natural Language
- Update results using Shepard's
- Use options to view and deliver results
Hands-on exercises included.
Classes held in LA Law Library Training Room, equipped with computer for each registrant
